The reseller panel, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Autven IPTV and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary content without express written permission.
Autven IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the reseller panel services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the reseller panel immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
