Please read this policy carefully before purchasing credits or subscribing to our reseller services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility Period

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:
Credit Purchases

Refundable Situations

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues:

If the reseller panel experiences persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the service, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours.

Duplicate Charges:

If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

Service Not as Described:

If the reseller panel features significantly differ from what was advertised, and you report this within 48 hours of purchase.

Unused Credits:

If you purchased credits but have not allocated or used them, and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Used Credits:

Once credits have been allocated to customers or used to activate subscriptions, they are non-refundable.

Change of Mind:

If you simply change your mind about using the reseller panel after the eligibility period has expired.

Account Violations:

If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Use.

Partial Refunds:

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods or partially used credit packages.

Third-Party Issues:

Issues arising from your customers’ use of IPTV services or problems with end-user devices and internet connections.
